These foster teens need to know someone is out there who will help unconditionally with the most basic needs; food, help with a utility bill or even a pair of soft contacts when needed. There are several ways to change the odds for the foster teens aging out of the foster care system. Mentor a foster teen, make a donation, or host your own change party.
